Jili Socks
Jili (pronounced jih-lih) means warm in Kazakh language. These socks were inspired by my grandmother, who was a talented spinner and a prolific knitter. Most often, she knitted socks and made sure all of her children and grandchildren had warm socks for every winter.
Her home was always filled with so much warmth!
